8 months agoI paid a lot for my food and got more rice than meat,I went back to get more meat and said I have to pay extra for more meat.Then I ask for my money back since I can’t get atlest the same amount as the rice,and proceeded to say they don’t take refund nor take the food back either

9 months agoOxtail is amazing and rice and peas are fresh. Don’t come in expecting some 5 star restaurant service, but good Caribbean food is definitely a guarantee here

a year agoI usually go to Top Taste but figured i hadnt tried Sunday Best in some years (I didnt like it ) but it seemed to be a constant flow of customers- so I bought curry goat, rice and peas and cabbage. I had two tiny lumps of goat and the rest BONE! the rice was mushy and CRUNCHY?!..

2 years agoI asked for curry chicken and got bits and pieces of curry chicken bones all thru out the rice. It was inedible. I don’t know why I paid before looking but i realized she screwed me over after she lifted the plate and closed it quickly as if she didn’t want me to see it closely. And the rice was mushy af. I will be going across the street to TOP TASTE for now on.

4 years agoI bought a small jerk chicken with rice and peas and cabbage. The rice was mushy and jerk chicken wasn't cooked well. The cabbage was the only good part of the meal.

6 years agoI had their stew chicken and it had a variety of notes. The rice and peas were seasoned but I could also taste the coconut milk. The cabbage wasn’t over cooked but not crunchy and I truly appreciated. I actually took two bites and passed out from the soul. After my 2 hour nap I ate the rest and was happy.

7 years agoGreat food! Brown stew fish is on point! All the food is pretty good. I never disappointed anyone who I bought food for from here. Authentic food. Made with care and pride. Friendly staff. They have real Jamaican coconut water!
